Miss England...You Beauty!!!

Well, may be most would have missed out on this beauty - Miss England. Not sure if she ever took part for a pageant, but surely would have been a front-runner in an applicable category ;)

For her age, she's still very well maintained ;)

Vintage - somethings just get better with age!

Well, all this on a light note, this was an absolute fantastic speed sports boat that I got to see up so close. 


On another note, I'd really like thank everyone who keep visiting and commenting; really appreciate all your feedback! I've been a tad busy off late and very poor at responding and visiting back...you are all such lovely people to bear with me :)

And I do sincerely hope to get back on track...soon!

Big Ben from London Eye, London

Continuing with my obsession with the London Eye and Big Ben, here are, probably the signing off shots, shots of the Big Ben as seen from the London Eye. This was a challenge in one sense that for some weird reasons, tripods weren't allowed near the London Eye. Two security men came up to me and marked out the region that was like - no tripod zone!

So this and the previous London Eye shots were all via as possibly stable hands, boundary walls and railings, small dividing pillars and ground. 


These ones have come off the boundary wall and railings.

Another thing I'll like to bring to your attention, which may not be too prominent, is a faint white streak across the London Eye. That was created by an aircraft passing by...

The Best of 2011 - Part 6

Looks like I wouldn't have a quiet ending to the year. It's been a really long and hectic day; but here are my top 10 picks apart from the ones that I've already posted.
