Street Artist - Stand up comedian at Piccadilly Circus, London
Here are two contrasting shots of the same artist; one a more vintage look with the black and white and the other a colourful one. What's your take?

I like the two contrasting shots, but my preference in this case is with the colour one!

LOVELY! I liked the grayscale image.
ReplyDeleteI always prefer color pictures ! Maybe because when I was a child all photos were black and white !
ReplyDeleteInteresting shots, and I'd have to go with the color on this one.
ReplyDeleteOh, I do prefer the one with all the colors!
ReplyDeleteIf I had to choose one, I would choose the color photo because the colors are so bright and descriptive. I really like that you included both!
ReplyDeleteI've always been a big fan of greyscale. Considering that, I can't help but point to the first picture :)
ReplyDeleteCheers...
Excellent capture.
ReplyDeletethanks everyone! the colour seems to be a clear winner here but im glad that the monochrome was appreciated as well.
ReplyDeletecheers!
I'd love to see him perform his tricks or whatever he does!
ReplyDeleteMy Ruby Tuesday, please come and see. Thanks!
It is very interesting to compare the two and notice just how vibrant the photo becomes in colour.

Shadowy Choices
The colourful one is my preferred choice because the performer seems a more striking contrast with the other people and long shadows around!
ReplyDeleteWhat a difference a touch of red shadows can do for a man.
ReplyDeleteThough I often opt for photos without color, this one just screams for it! (in my opinion, of course) So bright, from his head to his toes (and the tips of his fingers)!
ReplyDeleteThe black and white photo is good, but This photo needs to let it's colorful subject show it's colors!! He looks like a fun character. Great Photos!
ReplyDeletethanks everyone...colour it is indeed!
ReplyDeleteVery colorful indeed. Not sure who should wear that suit if ever but very interesting.
ReplyDeleteLove the contrast and compare!
